Jennifer brings over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, and construction, she began her career with Equity Office Properties Trust back in 1998. Jennifer joined Corporate USA Real Estate Services in 2000 as General Manager and became Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Jennifer’s sharp eye for detail has greatly advanced the company’s ability to turn struggling properties into income producing assets.
About Tiffanie
Tiffanie began her real estate career in 2008 as Director of Property Management for Coldwell Banker. In 2016 she joined Cushman & Wakefield where she excelled in leadership, building operations, construction management, budgeting, and financial reporting. Tiffanie’s proven reputation of driving performance and achieving growth has been key to ensuring our team is successful.

Tiaka oversees daily administrative functions of Corporate USA Real Estate’s operations. She serves as a liaison between executives, managers, and facility maintenance teams. Her professional attitude and focus on lines of communication prove seamless support throughout the company.

With 15 years’ experience, Jaime leads operations by facilitating strong communication and the ability to resolve critical issues. His knowledge of construction and his ability to monitor jobsites enables projects to be run in a timely, efficient manner. About LeRon
With over 7 years of industry experience, LeRon joined Corporate Companies as Director of Property Operations. Prior to joining our team, LeRon served as Lead Facility Engineer for Madison Marquette and Transwestern. As a passionate problem solver and by taking a solutions-oriented approach, LeRon is able to improve day-to-day operations and cultivate productive working relationships with employees, property managers, and contractors.
